AADAC executive and staff, AADAC funded agencies, government departments, professional associations, community organizations, and the public.

Department Description
The Problem Gambling unit is responsible for co-ordinating the Problem and Responsible Gambling Strategy, and for implementing this strategy through collaboration with a variety of government and community partners. The aims of this strategy are to

• enhance AADAC’s efforts in the area of problem gambling
• increase problem gambling prevention campaigns
• promote treatment services for problem gamblers 
• provide problem gambling awareness programs to staff at casino venues and bingo halls across Alberta
• increase public education about responsible and problem gambling
